Bok Choy and Egg Stir Fry



Bok choy / Chinese Cabbage – 4 cups shredded

Oil – 1 tbsp

Garlic – 1 tsp crushed

Onion – 1 medium chopped

Green chillies – 2 slit

Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Salt – to taste

Eggs – 2 beaten



Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add garlic.  Fry till aroma comes out.  Add onions and green chillies.  Fry till the onions turn light brown.  Add bok choy, pepper powder, soy sauce and salt.  Cook covered for 5 minutes.  Add the beaten eggs and stir fry.  Delicious ‘Bok Choy and Egg Stir Fry’ is ready!  Enjoy with your kids!
