Put chicken and all the mentioned ingredients into a ‘manchatti’ or a stew pot and cook on a low flame till the chicken is done and oil starts to float on top. Tried this out a few days ago. Came out great with wonderful flavour. The recipe looked so simple, I doubted it, but made it anyway due to the simplicity involved. We loved it, will definitely make again.
