Fried Chicken Kabab

Chicken – 500 gm cut into pieces

Kashmiri chilly powder – 1 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp

Salt – to taste

Corn flour – 2 tbsp

Rice flour – 4 tsp

Lime juice – 2 tsp

Egg – 1

Orange red food color – 1/8 tsp

Oil – as required



Marinate the chicken pieces along with kashmiri chilly powder, pepper powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt for an hour.  Add corn flour, rice flour, lime juice, egg and the food color.  Mix well and deep fry in hot oil on a medium flame.  Finger-licking ‘Fried Chicken Kabab’ is now ready.  Enjoy with your family!
