Heat oil in a non-stick pan and splutter cumin seeds. Slightly fry the onions, ginger and green chillies. Add the lady’s finger, tomatoes and salt. Cook covered on a low flame till done. Stir in between. Finally add the spice powders and fry for a minute. Serve ‘Bhindi Masala / Lady’s Finger Masala’ with rice or chapati. Cheers!
