Chilly Paneer With Vegetables



Paneer – 200 gm cut into cubes

Oil – 1 1/2 tbsp

Garlic – 2 tsp crushed

Onion – 1 medium diced

Carrot – 1 cut into thin strips

Green capsicum – 1 diced

Cauliflower florets – 1 cup

Green chillies – 6 sliced

Red chilly paste – 4 tsp

Tomato sauce – 2 tsp

Soy sauce – 1 tsp

Maggi chicken / veg cube – 1 small crushed

Salt – to taste

Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp chopped



Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry the paneer cubes till golden brown in color.  In the remaining oil, add garlic, onions, vegetables and green chillies.  Add the red chilly paste, tomato sauce, soy sauce, maggi cube and salt.  Mix well and cook covered on a low flame till the veggies are cooked, but firm.  Add the fried paneer and soy sauce.  Mix well and cook covered for a minute more.  Finally add the chopped coriander leaves.  Delicious ‘Chilly Paneer With Vegetables’ is ready.  Serve it as a side dish with fried rice, noodles, steamed rice or rotis.  Enjoy!
