Scrambled Eggs With Coconut

Ingredients

Eggs – 6

Onions – 2 big chopped

Green chillies – 4 to 6

Grated coconut – 1 cup

Salt – to taste

Oil – 2 tbsp

Method

Beat the eggs well.  Add the ingredients one by one and beat well.  Heat oil in a large non-stick pan and pour the egg mixture into it.  On a high flame, stir fry the eggs till they are half cooked.  Then stir fry on a medium heat till done.  Delicious ‘Scrambled Eggs With Coconut’ is now ready!  Serve it as a side dish for bread, chapathis or rice.  Enjoy with your kids!
