And thats exactly how we feel/felt when it came to Dining Hall , which was started by Indira but recently closed on Mar 1st. Although we couldn’t place a finger on it, there indeed was something comfortable about going to a common place, to see ppl answer one’s queries and treat all equally with seriousness and respect regardless of who/where one is from.
It was like a common meeting place for all the bloggers and seeing it closed for a long time now dint sit well with neither Dhivi nor me. So we brainstormed, slogged throwing away our personal fiestas to try to re-create that old magic and here we are with refurnished home – http://dininghall.reciplicity.com, a new forum with old values.
Your participation and contribution to this would be utmost welcome and surely helpful for many new bloggers / food lovers jus the way it did to Dhivya and me.

November 30th, 2011 at 4:53 pmIt is illegal to use someone’s photos and recipes in your blog. I don’t allow anyone to do that. It is called plagiarism.
If you are starting a new blog on cooking, prepare your own dishes, take pictures and then upload the recipes along with the pictures.
All the cooking bloggers know each other and the news will spread fast that you have used my photos and recipes if you use them, which is not good for your reputation in the long run.
