Tuna masala

Ingredients

Canned tuna – 250 gm drained and shredded

Oil – 1 1/2 tbsp

Onions – 2 minced

Ginger – 1 tbsp minced

Garlic – 1 tbsp minced

Green chillies – 2 minced

Capsicum – 1 medium chopped

Tomato – 1 chopped

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Mutton masala – 2 tsp

Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp

Salt – to taste

Maggie chicken cube – 1 small powdered

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp chopped

Method

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add minced onions, ginger, garlic and green chillies.  Fry till the onions turn light brown.  Add capsicum and tomatoes, fry for 2 minutes.  Add the spice powders and fry well.  Now add the tuna, maggie cube, vinegar and salt, mix well.  Cook covered for 2 minutes.  Open the lid and stir-fry the tuna for 2 more minutes.  Add coriander leaves and switch off the flame.  Yummy ‘Tuna Masala’  goes well with rice, rotis and bread.  Enjoy with your loved ones!
