Corned Beef And Potato Stir Fry

Ingredients

Corned Beef — 425 gm

Boiled Potatoes – 3 medium diced

Oil – 1 1/2 tbsp

Ginger – 1 tbsp crushed

Garlic – 1 tbsp crushed

Onion – 1 big chopped

Green chillies – 3 sliced

Curry leaves – 2 sprigs

Tomatoes – 2 medium chopped

Coriander powder – 2 tsp

Chilly powder – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

Meat masala – 2 tsp

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp chopped

Method

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and fry ginger and garlic for a few seconds.  Add onions, green chillies and curry leaves.  Fry till the onions turn golden brown.  Add the tomatoes  and fry till oil separates.  Add the spice powders and sprinkle some water.  Fry till the aroma comes out.  Mash the corned beef well and add to the pan.  Also add the boiled potato cubes.  Fry well till everything is mixed evenly.  Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.  Delicious ‘Corned Beef And Potato Stir Fry’ goes well with bread, rice, chapathi, porotta, dosa and pulao.  Enjoy!

I did not add salt, as corned beef had enough salt in it.

  1. Corned beef is something i dodn’t like here but then here they don’t prepare like this, if it was like this i think i might like it.
