Ingredients
Tofu / Soya Paneer – 200 gm diced
Oil – 2 tbsp
Ginger – 1 tsp crushed
Garlic – 1 tsp crushed
Onion – 1 medium sliced
Red chillies – 3 sliced
Curry powder / Meat Masala – 1 1/2 tsp
Cabbage – 2 cups shredded
Green Capsicum – 1 cup sliced
Water – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Maggi chicken cube – 1 small crushed
Method
Heat oil in a large non-stick pan and fry the tofu till golden brown. Keep it aside. Add ginger and garlic to the pan and fry for a few seconds. Add onion and chillies and fry till the onions turn pink. Add the spice powder and sprinkle some water. Fry till the aroma comes out. Add cabbage, capsicum, water and salt. Cook covered till done. Add the crushed maggi cube and fried tofu and stir fry for a minute. Healthy and tasty ‘Stir Fried Tofu With Cabbage And Capsicum’ is ready. Serve it as a side dish with rice or chapathi. Cheers!
