Low Fat Fish Curry

Ingredients
Salmon steak – 250 gm
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Onion – 1 sliced
Ginger – 2″ piece chopped
Garlic – 2 chopped
Green chillies – 2 slit
Curry leaves – 2 sprigs
Kashmiri chilly powder – 2 tsp

Long Beans Stir-fry (Achinga Mezhukupuratti)

Ingredients
Long beans – 1/4 kg
Small onions – 5 sliced
Garlic – 1 chopped
Red chilly flakes – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Water/ Veg stock/ Chicken stock – 1/2 cup
Salt – to taste
