First off, let me say that you look exactly like my husband’s uncle’s wife! Secondly, your ishtu is great. The only modification I make is to add garam masala to the meat when I cook it in the pressure cooker (and more in the gravy if it doesn’t taste like it has enough). Thank you for posting this!
